All the daily mishaps are to be set aside while at a rehearsal/sectional.  Having that done, you can focus your whole being on producing the highest quality of sound possible.  And the most obvious, try your best; focus.  We arent perfect, but that shouldnt stop us from striving for perfection.  We might never achieve perfection, but when we strive for it, we achieve excellence.  Make loud errors, that way it can be heard and dealt with before it becomes a mistake. (An error doesnt become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.) If help is needed, seek out help!

Dedication

Be mature and dedicated enough to recognize your inconsistencies and to take that home and work on it on your own time.  The groups talent relies on each individual and equal participation is needed.  If you dont know what things to work on, ask!
